Over the past month
we have purchased, evaluated and returned
four (4) competing products to your
USB video capture hardware / software
offering. The hardware would not work
with our Windows XP Professional in
two cases. And in two cases the hardware
appeared to function; however, the
software wouldn't work as advertised.
In none of these attempts did we accomplish
our goal of capturing video tape to
DVD!!!
Needless to say we
were a little nervous when a very
helpful support tech at Ulead suggested
we try your product...
We ordered your product
from your on-line store on Sunday,
received the product this (Tuesday)
noon, unpackaged it, installed it,
rebooted our test platform and it
worked! No calls to tech support,
no downloading 50 MBytes of updated
drivers, no uninstall / reinstall
cycles, no problems! A rather pleasant
surprise after a month of total frustration.

bottom of our hearts for putting out
a product that actually works as advertised.
You've made friends in Alberta, Canada.
The only thing I cannot
understand is why I had to hear about
your company and products from a tech
support person. I haven't seen an
advertisement anywhere. I haven't
seen your product in Alberta computer
stores. Your product is one of Canada's
best kept secrets... too bad! |
