The Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) gives the consumer the right to a 'cooling off' period of seven (7) days once they have received goods via mail-order.

The 'cooling off' period is essentially a right to cancel your order for any reason and return them to us without charge.

The DSR does not cover faulty goods - this will be dealt with under our normal returns procedure.

If you have received goods from us and have changed your mind, you may return them to us subject to the following conditions:

1. You must inform us within seven working days in writing (email, fax, letter or in person) that you are rejecting the goods.

2. The item(s) must be in new condition, unopened and without any damage to the exterior packaging.

4. The customer must bear the costs of return postage to Snazzishop


Snazzishop will refuse any items returned if:

1. The goods have not been returned within 28 days.

2. The product packaging has been opened or seals have been broken.

Goods that are rejected due to the reasons above will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Q10. Can I amend my order once it has been placed?

Answer : No, not at this time.
This is because they are charged automatically by a third party internet bank when your order is placed.

Q11. Can I cancel my order online?

Answer : No, Not at the moment.
You can cancel your order by contacting Customer Services via email

Q12. How do I receive the goods I have ordered?

Answer : Your goods will be delivered by Royal Mail, we only use reputable couriers.

Q13. How long will it take to deliver the Parcel?

Answer : We aim to deliver parcels within three to five working days after the online purchase. However we can also arrange special delivery within 24 hours but you have to bear extra cost for this. Please contact our customer services for further details.

Q14. How much do you charge for delivery?

Answer : The Delivery charges vary depending upon the product weight and you are clearly informed about it before making an actual online purchase. Below are the estimated charges

Q15. How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

Answer : You will be sent an email in the evening of the day of dispatch confirming your consignment number.

Q16. Can I specify what time I wish my order to be delivered?

Answer : Unfortunately we cannot specify a delivery time. All orders are usually delivered between 9am-6pm Monday to Friday. However you may contact the couriers once the order has been dispatched and ask them for an approximate delivery time, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Q17. I missed a delivery today what happens now?

Answer : Knock knock. No one there? If you’re out when our courier try to deliver your mail and it’s too big to get through your letterbox, or it needs a signature, they’ll leave a ‘We’re holding an item of mail for you’ card at the delivery address. This card gives you the address and opening hours of your local delivery office, so you can pop in and pick up your mail, or you can telephone them and ask for your mail to be redelivered when you’ll be in. (This would need confirming with the courier first). Please note that identification will be required for collection. We’re here to make sure it gets from our hands safely into yours.

Q18. For how much time do you keep the undelivered parcel?

Answer : We make every effort to make sure you get your mail, so our courier keeps it for three weeks. After that, they have to return it back to us. If they have to return anything, they’ll attach a sticker explaining why they couldn’t deliver and in this case you have to bear this delivery cost.

Q19. When do you take payment for my order?

Answer : If your order items are in stock and we can dispatch straight away, payment will take place as soon as your order is ready to be dispatched, if your order is out of stock we will only take payment once your goods are ready to be dispatched.

Q20. The product I want is out of stock, when will it be available?

Answer : As soon as a product is available to us it will be re-added to the Snazzishop.

Q21. What goods can I return?

Answer : Goods can only be returned if they are still within the guarantee period and they are in their original packaging.
