ON ARRIVAL (DOA)
If the product is DOA due to Hardware
defect or any Loss or damage that
occurs during shipping will be our
responsibility and we will bear both
ways shipment. Customer must notify
SnazziShop within 7 days after receiving
the product if any part of his purchase
is missing, wrong or damaged. Customer
will have an option to either get
full refund of the transaction amount
or get replaced unit. We will bear
shipment charges of sending back the
faulty unit and shipping replacement.
Beyond 7 days without prior notification,
a repair would be the usual option
and customer will be responsible for
both ways shipment.
RIGHT
OF CANCELLATION
Customer reserves the right
to cancel his order and to return
his product at any time up to the
end of 7 working days after he receives
his product. We will refund or re-credit
the customer within 15 days after
receiving the product for any sum
that has been paid by him or debited
from his credit card for the goods.
Amount refunded will not include shipment
charges he paid to send the product.
Except in the case of faulty, misdescribed
or damaged goods, if he exercises
his right of cancellation after the
goods have been delivered to him,
He will be responsible for returning
the goods to us at his own cost. Customer
will also be responsible for risk
of loss during shipment. He must take
reasonable care to ensure the goods
are not damaged in the meantime or
in transit and will be charged applicable
amount in case of damage. Any item
returned without the original packaging,
Software or manuals will be refused.
Order Cancellation or Return after
specified time (7 working days) will
be decided on case to case basis and
we reserve the right to reject the
return/ cancellation or charge 10%
restocking fee.
RETURN
PROCEDURE
Customer must contact us directly
at support@vonemm.com
before making any attempt to return
the Product to first obtain RMA (Return
Material Authorization) Number for
him to include with his return. He
must ship the products to SnazziShop
within five (5) days of the date that
SnazziShop issues the Credit Return
Authorization Number. In case of replacement,
we will be sending him replaced unit
as soon as we receive your unit. In
case of refund, we will refund or
re-credit the customer within 15 days
after receiving the product for any
sum that has been paid by him or debited
from his credit card for the goods. WARRANTY
SnazziShop provides one year Return-to-base
warranty for all of our Snazzi*/SnaZio*
products.
